Terms of Use

Last updated: September 7, 2026. These terms are between you and NOVAREACH LTD, A.G. Leventis, 5, THE LEVENTIS GALLERY TOWER, 13th floor, Flat/Office 1301, 1097, Nicosia, Cyprus (“we”). By using Lumen Chart you agree to them.

1. The service

Lumen Chart calculates astrological charts and numerology profiles from the birth data you enter and generates written reports from a library of interpretive texts. Reports are digital content delivered instantly on the website and, for members, as a PDF.

This report is generated from astrological and numerological traditions for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not predict specific events. Do not rely on a report for decisions about health, money, legal matters or relationships.

2. Free preview

The preview (chart wheel, Sun, Moon and rising sign sections) is free and requires no payment details. Free calculations are limited per device per day.

3. Trial and membership

The membership starts with a 3-day trial for 1.00 USD. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the membership continues at 39.99 USD/month, billed every 30 days starting on the trial end date, until you cancel. The duration of the trial, the price after the trial and the billing interval are shown on the checkout page before you enter payment details, and you confirm them by ticking a consent box that is not pre-selected. We send a reminder by email 3 days before the first charge and a receipt after every charge.

Renewals are charged at the then-current price for your plan; we will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change and you may cancel before it applies.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in one click from your account page (Profile → Cancel subscription) without contacting support. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access to the end of the period already paid for (or to the end of the trial). We confirm every cancellation by email. See the Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds

Any charge can be refunded in full within 30 days from the account page or by email to [email protected], no questions asked. A refund cancels the membership. See the Refund Policy.

6. Your data

We use the birth data you enter only to calculate and deliver your reports. See the Privacy Policy for retention and your rights.

7. Intellectual property

Reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The text library, software and design remain our property.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
