Refund Policy

Any charge, including the trial fee and any renewal, can be refunded in full within 30 days of the charge. No reason is needed.

How

• From your account page: every charge that is still within the window has a Refund button next to it.
• Or by email to [email protected] with the email address used at checkout.

What happens

The refund goes back to the original payment method; banks usually show it within 5–10 business days. A refund also cancels the membership so nothing further is charged. You may be asked not to request a new trial afterwards.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
