Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the membership at any moment, during the trial or after, and it takes one click.

How

1. Log in and open your Profile. No password yet? Use Forgot password with the email you paid with, or call +1 (484) 457-8431.
2. Click “Cancel subscription” and confirm.

What happens

• No further charges are made. You receive a confirmation email immediately.
• You keep access to the reports and the membership area until the end of the period already paid for (or until the trial ends).
• Canceling during the trial means the first renewal is never charged.

If anything prevents you from canceling online, call +1 (484) 457-8431 or email [email protected] and we cancel it for you the same day.
