What we collect

  • Birth data you enter: name, date, time and place of birth (converted to coordinates and a time zone). This is the only input the reports need.
  • Email address, when you save a chart or start the trial.
  • Payment data is handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: a device identifier in a cookie, pages viewed, and the events of the purchase flow, used to run and improve the service and to measure advertising.

We do not collect photographs, palm scans, biometric data or special categories of personal data.

Why

To calculate and deliver your reports, to run the membership (receipts, reminders, cancellation), to answer support requests, to prevent abuse of the free calculation, and, with your consent, to send occasional product notes.

Sharing

Payment processing, email delivery, hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Birth data, charts and reports are kept while you have an account or membership and for 30 days after it ends, then deleted. Records required for tax and payment-dispute purposes are kept for the legally required period.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. EU/UK residents can complain to their supervisory authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can exercise your CCPA rights at the same address.
